Happy New Year! Turning the calendar to 2023 means that the spring 2023 season is on the horizon, and hopefully you're thinking about getting ready to have your best season yet.
I am available for private instruction at DBAT in Mountainside on Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday afternoons during January and March. We can work on all aspects of your game including -

Your job boils down to two words - "throw strikes." I've put together a winter pitching program for all three levels - youth, middle school, and high school - designed to get your arm in shape, ready for Opening Day, and healthy throughout the season.
